Literally zero job description or adherence to standardized procedure. Training was abbreviated, and (I was an English-only speaking employee) there were huge communication gaps while being trained. Team meetings resolved into dress-down sessions with our Director highlighting only "or else" situations with literally zero morale boosting, informative or positive feedback. When the manager was out, the Director would literally stand at the far end of the work environment, hands on hips, watching for some perceived misbehavior; in all my years I have never had a management person who behaved in this manner.
Kitchen is Continually short-handed, leading to unwanted hours of overtime and people constantly working through breaks and lunches. I can say more, but this is enough...
