      Benefits. Salaried is nice. Scrubs are comfortable.

      If you’re a new dietitian do not apply here because you WILL be underpaid. If you think having a Master’s, you still will not get paid any more for that. We are over worked and stressed. At this moment, they are trying to cut other Tech’s and RD’s at our facility even though we are already understaffed. It’s sad that this company is underpaying all of these very talented RD’s and overworking us. I did not receive any type of sign on bonus, though a coworker that was hired two weeks before me, did receive one. Do not work here if you want good pay. Do not work here if you have good morals and want to give the best patient care, because you will be rushed and unable to work to your full potential.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
