      -Met some fantastic individuals -Gained useful knowledge and experience -Opportunity to relocate to a new state

      Cons

      -Was baited and switched: (I was hired for Retail Manager position, moved across the country for it, 6 months later they dissolved my position and told me I was being transferred to the Patient Services) -No raises or additional compensation during my tenure, despite quantitative evidence proving my contributions to the team -Bullying from upper management including comments about my dress, appearance, and a boss intentionally rating me as "below target" two days prior to their leaving office.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
