Get to experience a lot and learn different things. Good benefits such as payroll direct and insurance. Meet some new and friendly people. some managers/supervisors are really there to see you grow.
Cons
Lack of proper management. Some of the managers/supervisors treat you like you are beneath them. Your hard work goes unnoticed. No holiday pay. A lot of unfair management such as favorites.
