Pros
Decent benefits. Good friendships built within teams. Good Work/Life Balance. Okay employee discount. Ride days are nice. You get to work around people who love motorcycles!
Cons
Like mentioned in a previous review, company morale from time to time can be a little low. Seems to stem from pay (could be a little better) and little recognition from some but not all of the management. The contact center is micromanaged. Things move a little slower since merging with BC. There are opportunities for growth within, but it is rare.
