In the last 6 months, 6 women have been hired and 4 men. At this time 5 women have been let go, all the men have had no issues. I could see that maybe an employee or so may not be a good fit but that many who happened to be female?
There are a few women who work there (some of which are related or married to the founders). Some may also have better employment contracts.
The standard issue contract allows them to let anyone go at any point for any reason beyond probation.
