      Pros

      Could do good in the space if they can get their act together.

      Cons

      In the last 6 months, 6 women have been hired and 4 men. At this time 5 women have been let go, all the men have had no issues. I could see that maybe an employee or so may not be a good fit but that many who happened to be female? There are a few women who work there (some of which are related or married to the founders). Some may also have better employment contracts. The standard issue contract allows them to let anyone go at any point for any reason beyond probation.

In fact, we have many female employees in key roles who started with us as far as 5 years ago and are still a big part of our company. We’re proud of our diversity and the culture being developed in the organization. As one of the co-founders of the company and being a woman and a mother of a child with a disability, I am proud to be working at Mozzaz and of the team that we have created. Knowing that we can provide solutions that help individuals and their caregivers is extremely gratifying to me and to the team at large.

      A company with a grand vision but a sub par product & management team.

      Pros

      -A friendly and great team has been put in place. -It's nice working in the Accelerator Center, a communal space, however this advantage is sorely underutilized. -The underlying motives and cause of the company are quite admirable, although I question whether that is still what drives the founders. -There is a market for this type of technology, unfortunately for Mozzaz, there are 4 or 5 companies with a superior product. Making this App available for purchase and having it chosen instead of one of its competitors, is doing the consumer a disservice.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement and a constant revision of the most fundamental aspects of the business plan, leave this company in paralysis. Management has evolved to keep all of the information to themselves and not trust their well-qualified staff to make the decisions that they were hired to make.

      Chaotic environment.

      Pros

      Two primary owners were very nice, outside of work. The primary market space has huge potential. Most of the staff we great to work with.

      Cons

      Management micro manages everything to a fault. Nothing ever was completed start to finish... including the product. Nepotism is starting to creep in as the company gets "bigger". Many lost opportunities due to lack to planning, and trust of the people hired to do the job.
