Mozzaz has entered into phase 2.0 as we like to call here and with the change in leadership, we are seeing positive and impactful decisions being made. Rini as the new CEO, though not new to Mozzaz (one of the Co-Founders) is steering the company in the right direction. Over the past few months, the pace at which everyone is driving towards the company’s strategic initiatives is phenomenal. The company has a new purpose and everyone is re-energized to make the difference in space of Complex Care and Digital Patient engagement. With new initiatives for all employees on education funding, an extra day off for long weekends, Christmas shutdown, virtual happy hour, golfing and more, Rini has definitely taken up the company culture to a whole new level and equally the participation from everyone has been phenomenal.
All of these has also translated into Mozzaz scoring a multi-year, enterprise deal with one of the largest health provider in the US and it’s the testament to the team thinking big and wanting to achieve lofty goals. Such opportunities also bring personal and professional growth for everyone within the company coupled with a fast pace environment and empowerment to make decisions.
Last but not the least, Rini and the rest of the executive team are very approachable and are willing to listen to new ideas, suggestions, and try them. Culture, Performance & Growth is the new mantra.
