Pros

Most of the co-workers and leads were cool to work with. The "discount" was ok but only on select items such as cords and guitar cases, I mean why get a decent discount on a guitar you are interested in when you are suppose to be there busting butt for the company ten hours a day and getting your daily numbers goal?

Cons

The management, or lack there of, consists of some of the most untrained, inexperienced and incompetent people I have ever encountered, but they acted like they knew the business inside and out and there was always a method to their mayhem in their minds. I saw the light pretty quick on how the place was ran there. Now when I say management I mean mainly the upper management. Most of the leads and supervisors were decent people. They were just as bad off as us common warehouse folk were. Leads basically get stuck doing a lot of the work that the supervisors blow off and don't want to do, and the supervisors are just the operations managers tools to do their bidding overall. Very poor communication, rules and regulations were always being made up on a daily basis to suite the big wigs. I do believe prisoners have more freedoms than the warehouse workers there. I ended up pointing out because of their bogus "point system" for attendance. If ANY sort of emergency comes up with kids, family etc then you WILL get at least one point against you, and every day you miss is another point unless you have a dr's note with you upon your return. There is no such thing as mercy and forgiveness there. But they are going to try to convince you that it is Disney Land where you work. Don't fall for it people. Mark my words, this is the LAST place you want to work. Ask anyone that does or has worked there and they will tell you I am speaking the truth. I have a strict no nonsense policy and this place is full of nonsense believe you me. Oh and if you are a musician in anyway, shape or form then most definitely DO NOT work here. Just because they have the word "Musician" in their company name doesn't mean squat trust me!

Pros

Most coworkers, including management are fun to work with. Employee discount is great. Work from home.

Cons

Extremely outdated systems. Stingy PTO. Work almost every holiday but Christmas. Laying off qualified employees immediately after unrolling new AI programs. Management roles are attainable, but there are virtually zero opportunities to grow above lower management. Many managers have been stuck in the same role for over 10 years.
