Cons
Management sucks. Don't want to go into great details because I don't know if this site is really anonymous. But please heed the warning. You will be walking into a toxic environment. Which will outweigh all the so called perks of the job. This job will suck away your mojo & eat away at your confidence if you don't recognize it early on & learn to manage the people & environment so it doesn't effect you mentally. This job will not be over when you leave for the day it will go home with you. You might have some sleepless nights or feel worried or anxious all the time. Again you have to be mentally strong to make it work for you. I would say work here to build your resume for at least 1 or 2 years and then find something else. Not a long term company. I was there 3 years and I should have trusted my gut and left after year 1 but I kept lying to myself and ignoring reality. Basically not trying to make it seem as bad as it actually was. I did get alot of training out of the deal, boost my resume, and a nice 401K when I left.
