Pros
Taking time off is no problem at all, ever. Very relaxed atmosphere. 40 hours per week. Period. Most people are pretty nice. It is nearly impossible to get fired.
Cons
Bluntly put, the workforce. Everyone is old and just seems to be riding the job out until retirement. New hires are obscenely underappreciated. Pay is marginal. Seniority trumps everything, and there are plenty of people who've been working there for 40 years. Outdated processes, obsolete bookkeeping. Filing travel orders and vouchers can take the better part of a week.
