      Great atmosphere to work in. Campus is beautiful. Direct management is generally good.

      Cons

      You are simply a number these days. Senior management cannot get their act together to keep from having regular layoffs.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
