      Good to work if you don't want to achieve a lot soon. No micromanagement as such,depends on team.

      Cons

      Promotion process is screwed up , the only way to get promoted is via IDP. Decision making is in headquarters Focus and Goal is not clear Pay scale is not good.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
