If you can dream it, influence it, and promote it......you CAN do it! People often put personal boundaries and limitations on themselves. What I have seen working at Nike is that oftentimes only you limit your potential for growth. At Nike you have the opportunity to flex, grow, and move around. In fact, its encouraged. The more you know about Nike's business the greater the likelihood that you will make better decisions in your given role.
Cons
Not all individuals are open and authentic.....yet. Nike is always on the move and not everyone embraces change easily. Some unfortunately fight hard not to change resulting in political plays and hallway conversations.
