Pros

Great people who brought a level of passion and professionalism to their work. They cared about doing things right and tried to be supportive of their peers and co-workers. Nice facilities and Nike gave you the freedom to take time out of your day to work out and not be hassle (as long as you got your work done.) Nike seemed to be a "hip" place to work and occasionally, you would run across star athletes but you knew to keep your distance.

Cons

Senior management betrayed trust and was not always completely open about how to advance your career. Performance reviews were always too subjective and not as objective as they should have been. There definitely was a "it is not what you know but who you know' approach to getting promoted or provided to career enhancement projects. It is not the best place to work at.

Pros

This started as a summer job during COVID and extended for the next couple of years. I loved working here and in my experience had a good managers. I personally like Nike so the discount was a big perk!

Cons

The main con is pay. I was paid near minimum wage with little increase YOY. If you want to pursue corporate there are rotations that become available at the retail level, but very competitive.

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is okay. Usually get a bonus every year.

Cons

Management is horrible. The culture inside is awful. The workers aren't great, either. They don't pay for holidays anymore, also.
