      Nike benefits, working with a big team, great discounts, culture and diversity

      Cons

      Minimum wage pay Work almost every weekend with a 4 weekly rotating roster, no good work life balance In order to succeed you need to apply for positions and be interviewed by people who don’t know you. Hard work never pays off

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
