Pros
- The job is fully remote but you can get your Nike campus badge and use the offices there if you are local. - Pay is slightly above adequate - employee store and VAN access once a month is nice but it should be more. Could be less though and thats why it goes in the pros catagory. - great gig to make friends at. Most people are in the same boat and want to help each other out.
Cons
- contracts are fickle and an entire team can be cut at a moments notice. - shifts are generally not great but they did recently change their Hours of Operation (HOOP) so its a bit better. YOU WILL WORK WEEKENDS. - In classic Nike fashion, its a popularity contest. They say things like "stand out", "make a name for yourself", and "take initiative", but DO NOT do it your way. Radical ideas at Nike are only accepted on a creative level. Everyone else, fall in line and play up to the whims of your leaders. - The biggest thing to remember is that the leaders, are ALSO trying to move up and out of these roles. They are not your friends, they are your competition.
