      People outside of sales team are lovely!

      Cons

      If I could give a lower score I would. Do not invest your time here. Focus in the Melbourne office is on revenue and working people to the bone. This office does not care about well-being of staff. Felt across all departments. Extremely under resourced teams. No direct line for HR when you ask for help they do not call you. No cultural diversity within office environment

      - 3 days in office, but if you love the office like we do, then it’s fine!

      Pros

      Lots of free perks, tickets to concerts and events.

      Cons

      Really poor management, especially in the Direct Sales Team. No career development, management try to infiltrate into staff's personal lives, lead by poor example, turn a blind eye to inappropriate staff conduct, abuse of power, play dirty, management cover the arses off their friends, throw everyone else under the bus.
