Great People, however, Toxic Creative Department (CREATE)

Pros

Great People, free concert tickets & food

Cons

An incredibly toxic creative department. Anyone who has worked at Nova will be aware of the culture within this department, i.e,. high demands, aggressive communication styles, and workplace bullying. This behaviour has been tolerated for years. Would recommend working anywhere but within CREATE.

Pros

People outside of sales team are lovely!

Cons

If I could give a lower score I would. Do not invest your time here. Focus in the Melbourne office is on revenue and working people to the bone. This office does not care about well-being of staff. Felt across all departments. Extremely under resourced teams. No direct line for HR when you ask for help they do not call you. No cultural diversity within office environment
