Pros

One of the flattest management systems. Extremely flexible work culture. People get things done in the most efficient way. Employees I have worked with so far prioritize helping others out over their own tasks. Very critical perks like paying for Stanford classes which help employees stay up to date and allow them to introduce new ideas to work.

Cons

Lack of "fun" perks like gym, free food, arcade etc. Building interior decor can often be drabs. Pantry does not have stocked refrigerators like some companies do. These little things that may not cost too much would add a nice touch to work life.

Pros

The product security organization has a very ideal work-life balance. The culture is strong on ownership and trust. There is a good sense of pride and collaboration across teams with low level of politics and high sense of "the project is the boss". Compensation is good for the roles. Merit increases and promotions are mostly transparent, but can vary from manager to manager.

Cons

Leadership direction can be whiplash at some times. Some initiatives feel directionless, while others feel misguided. Leadership does respond to push back and listens to employees though, but it often feels like managing up.
