Pros

I guess u get the experience of running a startup but that's it.

Cons

We were all promised growth and guidance etc but was never provided it. They want 1 person be 5 people literally 5 in 1 for them to give any sort of promotion or praise. They did like a 60% layoff in 2023 and even then they started forcing people into performance reviews and fired them despite performing well. I guess their "performing well" means performing as 5 person in 1?. The moment you change management or resign, the other party will never speak to you again and won't even reply your messages of gratitude. They provided good references and that's probably only because they didn't want us to write bad reviews on glassdoor. They are solely surviving on funding and I guess the CEO is good at making false promises to investors.

• Work allocation was often uneven, creating dependency on team members and making workloads difficult to manage. • Long working hours led to frequent burnout and made work-life balance difficult to maintain. • Effort and extra hours did not always feel recognized, while increasing workload expectations continued. • Although unlimited leave was offered, it was difficult to fully disconnect during time off due to work demands. • Career progression, increment structure, and IDP expectations lacked clarity. • Limited learning and development opportunities or structured training support. • Team resourcing could be improved to distribute responsibilities more sustainably and reduce employee burnout.
