- Working with people who think they are good managers - In paper it’s 9-6 but in reality, you work when you’re contacted to do so - The company is run by a founder and higher management who know nothing about sales and pluck numbers out of the air for all to hit. They want to look good in the eyes of stakeholders and promise the highest heavens in order to stay funded. - The environment is only great for those who are fake, don’t question their managers when wronged and don’t mind stepping on someone else to climb up the ladder. - The management only listens to the managers and not the employees. Even after being called out, the manager is right and employees are wrong (selected few get away with anything). - You are promised growth but guidance is given to a chosen few to get there. So don’t be fooled. - They give excuse saying your performance isn’t to their level and actually end up retrenching people in numbers to keep their numbers looking good.
