Extremely Unprofessional - Content Producer Narrative Ads Employee Review

I don't even know where to begin... I as well as many others like me have been fired because we "weren't a great fit" our work was great but we just didn't fit in with those who were close and popular with the CEO. The amount of people who would come and go at this company because the turnaround rates was ridiculous. There is absolutely no training or any structure. The only thing you can be sure of every week is the 5pm Friday "shot o clock" where you can expect the CEO to join in as well as everyone else who peer pressured you into drinking. I was expected to take on roles outside what I was hired for. The entire casting department quit or were pretty much forced to quit and other departments were fired because they were supposedly getting rid of that department but then I was taking over in those departments. I was overworked and underpaid. If you get luck they'll fire you over a 1 min phone call but for others... you get fired in a glass conference room in the middle of the office ( I watched this happen multiple times) This was supposed to be my dream job instead it just became a place of stress, fear, and anxiety. Nobody here lasts over a few months. Trust me when I say.... RUN!!
