Pros

Hybrid work schedule. Nice co-workers. Challenging. Team building.

Cons

Turnover rate is atrocious which leaves all employees overworked and responsible for jobs being back filled as well as their own. Instead of learning from people who leave, they continue doing the same things and hoping for better outcomes. Great group of people. Unfortunate management techniques.

NDCP has experienced a higher than normal turnover over the last 2 years due to changes in the labor market. Addressing retention across the company is a major priority of NDCP. We conduct annual employee surveys and focus on the employee's feedback to improve how our employees see NDCP. The work from home program was one of the areas where we improved the way we conduct business. It is unfortunate that your experience was not positive with NDCP and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
