Pros

NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY: Listen, dude, the only way for me to respond to you is this, and you'll probably never see it. I'm doing it out of principle for others who've had to read your reviews... Nepotism: "the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs." source Google. So, this place could have had really crappy leadership, but were they hiring their nephews and daughters that were wanking off all day? Because that's nepotism. You were talking about poor leadership. And, sorry, capitalism is great, and it sucks at the same time. Corporations and companies care about the bottom line. If you aren't good for the bottom line, they don't care about you. And they only care about you enough to keep you working to achieve that bottom line. The sooner you realize this the better off you'll be in this rat race of America. It trickles down all the way to entry level jobs, this isn't just corporate stuff.

Cons

Pros

Exciting work environment and challenging work. Excellent HR department with compassionate people who make work fun.

Cons

It's a young company, and sometimes the path forward is not clear. However, the management is very capable of leading us forward.
