Pros

If you’re a self-starter and enjoy figuring things out on your own, this place can really help you grow. You get the chance to build things from scratch and handle real-world challenges, which teaches you a lot about problem-solving and adaptability. Working here helped me improve my technical skills, decision-making, and ability to handle pressure. You’ll learn a lot if you know what to focus on. After working here, any future job feels more structured and manageable. As a web developer and freelancer, I got exposure to multiple projects and responsibilities, which helped strengthen my portfolio and confidence.

Cons

Work can be fast-paced with tight deadlines, and sometimes planning could be improved. Meetings can be long, and priorities may change often, so flexibility is important. Mentorship is more self-driven, so you need to take initiative to learn and grow. Compensation structures and policies could be clearer to avoid confusion, especially during probation. Overall: Despite the challenges, my experience was valuable in terms of learning and professional growth. This is a good place for people who want hands-on experience, are willing to adapt, and want to build strong problem-solving skills early in their career.

Pros

1. Its a true startup with importance given to getting things done rather than "ideating" , I was pleasantly surprised that I was put on real tasks from day one rather than just training and shadowing. 2. I was to take the chance with different forms of advertising rather than just using what I kenw and what was safe. even thoug it did not work but i learned how to deal with new tools and later on it did produce usable results 3. I got to work with the engineering and design team also for connecting campains with product features, other places where I worked i was not allowed to speak directly with the engineering team without a manager in the coversation 4. We even went for two days of company retreat, I have heard from friends that this only happens with few corporates and only some senior managers 5. Instead of faking mentors on the platform, they decided and put effort to have real mentors from the beginning, this was appreciated by users. 6. Very diverse team there were members from different states, as a female team member I was very comfortable and was not treated differently and given important tasks

Cons

1. The platform is very big and its hard to grasp everythin in the beginning, more guides can help 2. Few team members want others to do their work, thinking they are smart n no one will notice, when they cant they blame the managers or members who perform, and spread negativity in the team 3. More managers needed as most people are young Advice to Management Hire more managers who can follow up regularly

Pros

While I see so many of my friends working in corporates stuck on futureless stuff like Google Sheets and manual workflows (and often discouraged by mgmt from using AI at all), here it’s the opposite. At Nbyula, we were actively encouraged and incentivized by the leadership—including the founder—to adopt and play around with AI tools. I got to work hands-on with tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Nbyula AI Coaches, Runway, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, MS Clarity, GitHub Copilot and honestly a bunch more. Most ppl just hear about these tools—I actually got to use them to solve real problems, which was super empowering. Some more examples: Engineering: GitHub Copilot + ChatGPT for code, debug, refactor—AI pair programming is a thing here. Content (video/audio): Tools like Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Pictory, etc. for video/audio editing and gen content. Ops: Automated a ton of repetitive tasks using Zapier, Notion AI, GPT etc—SOPs, planning, internal docs, you name it. Customer Support / Calls: GPT bots + Kustomer = faster replies + cleaner summaries. Coaching / L&D: Otter, Grain, internal AI tools help with feedback, analysis, and coaching convos. CX: in-house GPTs and agents to handle chats, queries, tickets. Basically, if you like experimenting, learning fast, and actually using the future instead of reading about it—this place is 🔥.

Cons

It can feel intense, esp. if you're new to using AI tools or not used to switching gears fast. But there’s lots of support and space to ask questions. The pace keeps you on your toes.
