Pay is good for the KY area, free lunches once a week, company store provides great discounts on house/pet brands and annual bonuses for salary are based on the entire company - not just your plant.
Cons
Toxic environment and leadership. Leadership is out of touch with the true causes of issues on the floor, their teams and standards are outdated. Leadership and HR work against their own teams and act on their own deviant behaviors.
