There are three shifts, and depending on the shift, you can receive a bonus for the schedule. There are opportunities for career advancement and for transferring to different companies within the parent company's group.
Cons
The company I am currently with was acquired by Nestlé, which means many changes are happening in a relatively short period of time. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as these changes are aimed at optimizing the company's management. However, I suggest that the implementation of these changes be communicated to the entire company and that the results be measured using reasonable and realistic indicators.
