Cons
Strong burnout culture. They prefer to under hire and over work their current employees. Promotions come with increased responsibilities with no pay increase. Mobility is limited, management ignores everyone besides sales reps who are babied and grossly overpaid for work that they dump on everyone else. Monthly check-ins and requests for feedback are ignored. Leadership is totally disconnected from staff and are beholden to ridiculous goals set by corporate, which results in burnout and bitterness.
