Pros
The product and people are top notch! From a product perspective, it never gets stale, is continuously improving and more robust every major release (twice a year) -- no other ERP company can do what NetSuite does as well as NetSuite does it. It's revolutionary! There are amazing, smart passionate people that want to keep innovating and improving all of the time.
Cons
The org can run very lean from a resource and spending perspective. Of course, this is a double edged sword in that there isn't any fat in the org, but in some cases can hamper the ability to move innovative programs forward in a rapid way.
