Not a single dollar is invested into personal development, soft skills or training. Targets are constantly increasing with no growth in base salary, most sales staff are actually going backwards after being convinced to take on a low base wage for the dream of bigger upside. Management totally ignore the fact that the market is paying significantly more. Only the top three reps are actually earning real money. There is no possibility of promotion as leadership roles are filled externally. The business has a solid track record for hiring poor front line managers. The business only cares about this months revenue, any wins from the previous month no matter how large are forgotten about on the 1st of the next and the rate of sales churn and burnout is extremely high. The business is getting more bureaucratic as it grows and is now just like Oracle.
