- Consultant work is very fulfilling when helping businesses solve problems. - Schedule is what you make of it for the most part. - People are awesome to work with and usually a fun time.
Cons
- Work is very luck based. If projects are not assigned, there is a high chance of low KPI metrics. -While schedules are flexible for the most part, there are times when you are booked and work late. - Still a large corporate company, so changes and unexpected news happens often.
