Pros
There are very few pros.
Cons
This is an extremely slow paced company. If you are looking for a job that allows you to utilize and expand your skill-set, this is absolutely not the place for you. Everything about this company is slow - from the interviews to getting hired, from starting to finishing projects, everything will take months to accomplish. You can not rely on your managers and the executives to give the OK on the simplest tasks that could better the company or move your team forward. The result of this... you become INCREDIBLY bored working on the same things over and over again without any visible progress. Furthermore, Neuro Alert has recently been firing employees from one day to the next. They pride themselves on their lengthy hiring process because "it is very efficient" and they never fire anyone. In the last year, they fired two newer employees and gave no explanation besides "you weren't a good fit." But truly, it's their managers who probably felt jealous of younger, more capable people to do the job at hand.
