Pros

Fun office trips, great work hard+play hard competitive atmosphere. Potential for rapid advancement. GMs are very supportive without micromanaging. Sky is the limit. You get out of it what you put into it. Every day is different, full of new opportunity.

Cons

You don't make as much on a sale as you do at a traditional retail real estate firm. 1099 job. 100% commission...you gotta make it happen or you'll go broke. So you have to sell at least 3 houses a month. Can't make sales if the AA's aren't putting out houses. No health insurance or other benefits. If you are okay with being average or mediocre, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
