I worked for a nationwide corporation for over 14 years from intro position to overseeing multiple offices as a General Manager. I thought my career path was paved. Owner past and the company was sold over and over. Then the unfortunate happened, layoff's. Corporate wasted no time to cut salaries and tenure. Needless to say my life was at a stand still. Months later after I found myself walking into a New Western office and started my NEW career path. It'll be 3 years in April 2019. I am on track to blow away my 14 year annual salary from a company that threw my passion, commitment, and experience away. New Western Acquisitions has provided me with the opportunity make my distressed situation into a new way of life. I can't wait to see what year 14 looks like for me.

Only CON I can think of is you are bound my your own limitations. Not everyone can work in those conditions. My bounds are limitless.
