Emphasis on in-person services with the ability and drive to create digital content for online audiences as needed. Strong, Christ-centered teaching with practical application that congregations can apply immediately. Beautiful locations in the hills of northeast Ohio. A perfect place to raise a family.

Multi-site is one of the more challenging types of churches to work for. But it’s also very rewarding.

Decent pay level. Had my own office.

Overall unhealthy staff culture. Everyone knows it, including leadership. Those in leadership look out for themselves not for their staff and certainly not for what's best for the campuses.
