      Pros

      Friendly developers. Interesting tasks. Good opportunity to work with Cassandra and Spark, which I have always dreamt about, but never found time to it.

      Cons

      A lot of technical questions on interviews and besides that a piece of code that you need to write at home. Need to remember CS techniques to pass an interview. Most of developers are Russian speakers with moderate English so sometimes they just discuss tasks in Russian. Slightly far to commute to Richmond.
