- Friendly and fun culture + cooperative employees. As pointed out in other reviews, many employees are Russians. Previously I had the misconception that Russians can be rude and uncommunicative, and was pleasantly surprised to be proven completely wrong. Employees are very friendly and highly willing to help. Team-building events are also quite fun, such as BBQ, canoeing, go-carting and axe throwing. - Continuous learning. There is an atmosphere of keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies at News360. Employees are genuinely passionate about the newest technologies. Every two weeks or so, tech talks are held where employees present or discuss new technologies, existing issues, or how they solved a problem or built a system. I joined News360 as a new graduate, and would recommend other new graduates to try it out too. I have truly learned a lot and enjoyed my time here.
