Toxic culture. For 1 day WFH also you need to take approval from CTO Micromanagement No additional benefits Very strict about 3 days wfo, even if you are short by 1 day they'll question you. Most employees are from previous company and get favouritism No Diwali gift, no team dinners nothing for employee satisfaction.
