Pros
Not to bad of a place for entry level. Management has hanged and is younger and motivated. A few employees have been there for 10+ years. You learn a lot about UNIX software, building networks, and sales without having any experience. The travel was neat. If you go somewhere nice for 3 days and get the work done in 2 you get a whole day of site seeing! I got to see most of the country on their dime.
Cons
Not much room for advancement unless you change departments.
