Pros
Nothing that I can think of
Cons
1. No Work Life balance - The employees are expected to work late nights and on weekends. This is the only metric by which your contribution is judged in the team. 2. Extreme Pressure - The workload is very heavy and the fact that the team size is also small, adds on to the pressure. 3. HR team exists only for namesake - The HR team takes 0 interest in the well being of the employees. They will definitely send you mails on yoga, healthy diet etc. but they don't care about the on ground reality within the organization. In nutshell - they don't practice what they preach. 4. Get Peanuts in your pockets - If a person compares the amount of work he/she does here as compared to what he/ she gets in the name of compensation, then the person will definitely find himself/ herself in tears. And don't even think of getting any payment for the overtime on weekdays/ weekends. 5. High Employee Attrition - Due to the above reasons the employees don't stick here for a longer time. But the sad part is that the Senior Management is least bothered about the on-ground issues.
