Years long development projects thrown away. Management is chaotic, constantly getting started on one project, then tossing the work in the trash and starting another doomed project. Software developers with excellent skills in particular technology seen as fungible pawns who can be reassigned work in unfamiliar technologies with no training and expecting same high performance.
