This place is give you a good easy start to your career. It's good to get this name on your resume if you plan on staying in this industry. It does open up doors for you.

They're trying to adopt a model from GE..Open, simply and integrated but, It's doesn't work. They are basically trying to get all the long tenure people to quit so they can hire cheaper labor in FL.
