      Pros

      Flexible working hours, helpful and friendly colleagues. Great team leaders, that follow agile and 1 on 1 with employee reviews. Good employee benefits.

      Cons

      Employee pay compensation not great. Top management always answers tuff questions politically. Cutting down on cost is the main focus, rather than coming up with new solutions to improve company sales.

      Really solid group of people, benefits are pretty decent

      Cons

      Constant changing goal posts, lack of communication between regions, undervalued department, overworked employees, no communication between leadership
