Pros
Worked with some great people but as the London office expanded everything changed. Grew too quickly and Americans changed the friendly Australian culture.
Cons
Had a micro manager to the point that he would try and find out where you had gone to take a break minutes after you had left desk. Bullying manager completely supported by management. Don't join support team. You've been warned...
