Pros

Work from home Holidays + Recharge Days

Cons

Dying product on usage/log-in based subscription that impacts negatively on customers and across sales with terrible structure around product delivery which affects all of the GTM teams internally. Leadership and senior management's only concern is saving money and cutting costs with zero regard for employee mental health and appreciation. Everyone below them is simply a means to an end for turning profits. You will be treated poorly and asked to keep taking on extra work while being strung along for career growth opportunities and compensation increases when those actually aren't real and will most likely never happen. When you speak out against leadership decisions, you will be let go, no matter how important you are to the org you work for. When you first join you think it is good and people are really nice. There ARE some really nice and genuine people but there is also high turnover rates and a lot of bad managers driving out their team members and the company doesn't seem to care whatsoever. The culture set by leadership has led to speaking behind people's backs and a lot of undermining and selfishness to try to get ahead. Felt like there was always zero urgency to address and mitigate systemic issues within the go to market organization's software/sales tools like CPQ and processes across those functional teams.
