Nice office space, some good people to work alongside. An interesting place to work for engineers and people in PM and PC roles

'A few rotten apples'. Sadly some people in charge spoil the experience and diminished my self-confidence, but they're un-firable. I found the more 'senior' their role was, the less helpful they were - not their direct fault necessarily, there is just not much culture that encourages initiative from the mid-level roles like the PMs.

- Interesting work. From my experience there was a really nice culture within the teams I was working in, professional yet friendly. - Professionally challenging environment which isn't for everyone, not in the way there is pressure from management, however the team culture is about getting the work done, however that is done collaboratively. - Tangible work output which was interesting to me - Good progression in general and especially for employees that worked hard and went above and beyond. Hard work and commitment seemed to be rewarded.

A little light on structure and process. Some occasions of management being very busy which could result in not as much time appointed to employees, I believe this is being worked on.
