      Realmente fizeram um bom trabalho como empresa de consultoria, realizando pessoas em eventuais layoffs, nunca atrasando salário, oferecendo eventos algumas vezes para comparecermos presencialmente. Gestão de pessoas foi bem boa!

      Cons

      Consultoria né, oferece uma séria de limitações para quem quer seguir carreira em TI, como virar Head da área, etc.

      Remote first company. Flexible working arrangement.

      Cons

      Upper management only look at profit and numbers, and do not value much of operational employees.
