      The mission is important and the customers depend on the products for their field and operational successes. The 9/80 schedule or 4-10 schedule with Friday's off was a plus.

      Cons

      No profit sharing, managers had to share offices, lack of consistency selecting individuals for promotions.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
