Pros

The pay is good but not worth what you will go through!

Cons

You will be asked to trade your soul to the devil with this company. There will never be job security at Nsight. If you wrong the CEO or don’t do what is asked because it is morally wrong - you are fired. The changes in leadership are nonstop. The company morale is terrible due to all the micromanaging, changes and dictatorship! The CEO uses scare tactics to make his employees work harder “you hit these numbers or you’re not cut out for a start up” He is not joking. You don’t give 200% every single day you are not good enough because “I want winners on my team, if you are not a winner you don’t belong here”. Most recently, the CEO offered to pay us all PTO for leaving a review for Nsight. Here is my review. Think long and hard before accepting a job with this company it’s NOT worth it!

Pros

Really fantastic culture, everyone is motivated to help patients and truly care about the long term goals. Lots of room for growth!

Cons

Metrics can be a little overwhelming at first, but this lines up with other RPM and call center environments.

Pros

I want to give 3.5 stars. The company has embraced remote work and does really well to keep people connected and motivated 100% virtually. The work is really enjoyable and can feel fulfilling by interacting with the patients all day. Goals and expectations are clear, one worker has one job, so to speak. The company is very good at not having expectations after hours.

Cons

The PTO structure is very poor, a lot of companies are moving to unlimited PTO so having 80 hrs a year isn't sustainable. But the biggest reason the company loses stars here is because leadership is inexperienced, which has caused big issues around our bonuses with 'numbers not adding up' every month and agents fighting their corner for the correct $ figure, while feeling that leadership is trying to save face. I've had to rectify my bonus figure every month in 2026 so far (it's June). We work for pay, issues around bonuses this often are inexcusable. Otherwise, on a day-to-day basis the cons at Nsight are no better/worse than any company.
